These are the final pre additional editing images that are going to be used on the album cover and the magazine advert. The effects on the photos are the people in the background being blurred whilst the artist is in the main focus without making the image too bright. This further keeps the focus upon the artist while ensuring that there is movement and the image of the 'city life' throughout the photos and also the final version of the CD cover and advert.

Location shots for CD and Magazine Advert
For our magazine advert and CD cover we used Birmingham city centre again to find locations, in which we could position the artist in and also where the Parkour artists would perform, and we decided on these two places (picture below). By using location photographs it means we were able to decide how we wanted our artist positioned in the location along with any camera positioning/angle. This was why we kept the first image blank so that we could see what it would look like if we positioned her in different areas. This was not the case in the second location as we knew that we wanted her sitting on the ball within the location of Victoria Square in which the parkour artists would definitely be performing. We therefore took this image as our mock up so that we could decide if could want to make any changes in the actual image that we will use. The final images will also be taken differently to these as I will be using a slower shutter setting on the camera in order to get the people in the background blurred, but keep the main artist in focus.
Practice Filming
We were set a task of showing one action but in all the different camera angles and movements. It was a small task in which from previous experience I was able to show the other members of the group how to use the adobe premier elements editing software. The film consists of the shots we were set in the task but also a different selection of effects, titles and sound which we might use in our own moving image product.
Location shots
Before we started to film our music video we took location shots of where would like the Parkour artists to be filmed. These locations are all found in our local town of Birmingham and the locations we thought of filming there were; Fletchers Walk Shopping Centre, Victoria Square, The Bullring shopping centre and St Paul's Cathedral. During the actual filming of the Parkour Artists we found different locations to film in such are Brindley place, the NIA and by the canals on gas street. Although we did use some of our original location shots in our filming not all of them were used because of passerby's always getting in the way of shots. But in the locations we filmed in there weren't many passerby's around which meant we could get the mise en scene how we wanted it without passerby's making it look like they aren't part of the Cities life.
This is the location of St Paul's cathedral in which would be used the location is fairly quite so that most of the shots where without passerby's getting in the way of the shots. Also there is the possibilities of low angle shots which would vary the camera angles.
This is the location shot of Victoria Square where we would film some of the Parkour Artists moves. We didn't use this location alot because of the amount of passerby's who kept getting into shots.
This is the Fletchers Walk shopping centre location where the majority of the filming would be done this is because it is a quite location where we wouldn't have alot of passerby's in the shots and also it is a location in which the Parkour Artists use alot to practice some of their moves. Although this location isn't one of the most attractive locations during the editing of the film we will be able to make it look more attractive by colour enhancements and brightness and contrast adjustments.
This is a location in which we didn't use in our final filming because when we found new locations to film on it wasn't needed also it isn't one of the most attractive parts of the city. But it gave us a chance to see what a less attractive location would look like when we enhanced the colour, contrast and brightness (enhanced picture underneath).
This is what the location looks like when it has been enhanced with the enhancements the location looks more inviting and it has a softer edge to it which will link into the genre of the song which is acoustic indie which has softer lyrics to normal indie music.
